🎨✨ I went FULL old-skool at Doodlebug for a gig showcasing only single colour paint cakes and honestly? It was a bit of a vibe. 🎨

No one-strokes.
No split cakes.
No glitter or gems (I know, please hold the gasps)

Just me with single colours, Snazaroo, showing mums that they too can Facepaint at home with the very paints I started with.
And you know what?
It was actually brilliant! Going back to basics reminded me how much magic you can make with nothing but a brush, single colours and pure doodle-power. The kids still beamed and the designs while simpler, still came together.

Don’t worry—glitter will absolutely return (and gems and everything else. I’m not a monster). ✨
But it was pretty cool to prove that the creativity is in our hands, not just in the rainbow cakes.
